Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for the Services operated by Beijing Weijing Technology Co., Ltd. ("WeiJing"). Purchases are processed by our merchants of record (including Paddle), who handle payment, taxes and refunds on our behalf.
1. Subscriptions
- You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at developer@mayuniverse.cn. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- If you request a refund within 14 days of an initial subscription payment and have made minimal use of the Services, we will refund the payment in full.
- Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate (for example, a verified technical failure on our side).
2. Prepaid Usage Credits
- Credits are prepaid usage rights for the Services. They are not currency or stored value, have no cash value, and are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
- Unused Credits attached to an active account may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been consumed, pro-rated where partially consumed.
- Credits that have been fully or substantially consumed are non-refundable. Credits remaining on a terminated account (for violation of our Terms of Service) are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at developer@mayuniverse.cn with your purchase email and order reference, or request the refund directly through the payment receipt you received from our payment provider. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the laws of the People's Republic of China.
