These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, applications and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Beijing Weijing Technology Co., Ltd. ("WeiJing", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Beijing, China (Unified Social Credit Code: 91110113MAELXWE75W), with its registered address at No. 183-2141, Longtang Road (Liqiao Section), Liqiao Town, Shunyi District, Beijing, China.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

WeiJing develops and operates software products and services, including AI-powered tools offered on a subscription basis and/or through prepaid usage credit packs ("Credits"). Credits entitle you to access and use specified features of the Services and are consumed as you use them.

2. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use parts of the Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits and Paid Plans

  • Credits are prepaid usage rights for the Services only. They are not a currency, not stored value, and have no cash value.
  • Credits are non-transferable between users, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be withdrawn.
  • Purchases are processed by our payment service providers (including Paddle and other merchants of record). Prices are shown before you complete a purchase and may change with notice.
  • Refunds for Credits and subscriptions are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive;
  • attempt to generate non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, or instructions for illegal activity;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative competing products from the Services;
  • circumvent usage limits, or automate access in violation of these Terms;
  • use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, where required by law, or to protect the Services and other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs and content, are owned by WeiJing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred. As between you and WeiJing, you retain ownership of content you input and output you generate, subject to our license to operate the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEIJING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms or where necessary for legal or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and unused Credits are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court in the location where WeiJing is registered.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
